Austin & Wyatt Lyndhurst .. simply appalling service and lies from start to finish All I can say is awful High Street 2 corporate agents like this are the arguments behind using online agents I personally would recommend never to use the corporate / high street agent like this and I never will again they lied from start to finish what dismissive arrogant rude inaccurate details disgraceful behaviour when I took him to the ombudsman they lied again I have never seen anything so dreadful as this behaviour particularly during a pandemic I urge all of you when thinking of an agent to go online and do your own viewings even if it narrows down viewings time at least you won't be subject to the stress and lies I was and be charged for the privilege of this NEVER and of course never use estate agents solicitors( they earn so little from the deal they simply can't do a good job) either always engage your own solicitor.. I'm an experienced property developer and seller.. this agent has taught me never ever ever to use a corporate or High Street estate agent ever again what a dreadful situation they put me in they simply don't care they will lie and be aggressive from morning noon and night I urge you to take heed of what I'm saying.

I recently tried to arrange a viewing of a property, I contacted them on Friday and they called me back on the Saturday as I was heading out the door so told Gem I would call her back in an hour when I was on the train.
