I used to be a tenant with this company back when they were HARPER BROOKS and honestly from a tenants point of view they are disgusting. I'll go right in depth here. I was in receipt of benefit more specifically housing benefit which was being paid direct to these jokers, anyway a month into my tenancy THEY changed where the housing benefit money was going and so it got bounced back to housing benefit. They ordered me to cover this by paying out of my own pocket every month or so they changed where money was going. Until I got an eviction notice. After paying off whatever arrears they claimed I had. Anyway when I left the property I didn't let it go I contacted housing benefit who then sent them every penny that was bounced. I handed my keys back on time yet never saw a penny of the money I apparently owed in arrears even though I didn't because housing benefit cleared that up. Nor did I ever see my deposit again highly doubt I ever will. You may change your company name but the standards of how customers are treated will always remain the same.
