These guys are simply terrible. They treat tenants poorly and lie about fees. They take money from landlords and don't pass it on. They used to be Harper Brooks - read some of the reviews of that company. Same people, same owner, new name. Avoid avoid avoid.

I used to be a tenant with this company back when they were HARPER BROOKS and honestly from a tenants point of view they are disgusting. I'll go right in depth here.
