The fact you lied about the 10 month contract ,, charged 5 weeks holding deposit which is illigal before referencing even commenced ,, and sneaked in a section 21 for me to sign before I even got the keys!! Then 6 days before the move changed the terms to 12k upfront!! Then tried to blame it on the landlord your acting for,, dirty tactics by a bunch of crooks!!

Very unfriendly (almost rude) and impolite behavior of the agent. When I was viewing the property the agent was playing with his smartphone, avoiding eye contact and communication with me.
