A bond was paid on a property all forms were taken into the office even the landlady has contacted them on numerous occasions to get the bond repaid it is now 10 weeks and still the money has not been paid into the account so I have given them til today if not I'm contacting the ombudsman

We put an offer in on a house, our offer wasn't even put to the vendor for 24 hours. When I rang up to chase we were told only a branch partner can submit offers and he was out of the office.
