AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY - Only wish we had seen these reviews before even engaging with this "company" - DO NOT EVEN Begin to start taking to them - we had the misfortune of speaking to Simon Patrick - who we had agreed terms with, only to find that you can never speak to him or the company after agreeing to a terms, never answers your calls - the only time he did is when he thought we were somebody else - and three weeks later has the gaul to say that the property has been rented elsewhere - total charlatans. if it were possible to leave negative reviews, we would do. SHOCKING.
