Really useless from start to finish really. The financial advisor assumed I didn't know anything and wouldn't answer direct questions that other financial advisors did straight away. I gave up on him when after 2 face to face meetings he still wouldn't tell me any possible interest rates! I get the feeling he'd take advantage of a first time buyer or anyone without much experience of buying a house. The advisers were ok before I bought the house (overly friendly if anything), but when I moved in and the boiler was broken they said they'd contact the seller and I still haven't heard back from them. The sellers also told me that on their end the agents was useless. Steer clear if possible - although when you're buying a house it's different as you can't choose the agent to buy from!
