I didn't like how I was spoken to via email.. not professional at all and the manager officially put me off their company now, I was recommended to use Martin & co what a shame..

As a renter I found the agents rude, unprofessional and aggressive. I think I'm a decent tenant - never missed rent, kept the house clean and tidy, etc. But when I tried to communicate with the agents I found them unpleasant, especially when I moved out and queried the deductions they wanted...
