Such a bad experience with this people.we lived there in a flat which was rented from this agency and I want to inform many things to others such as
I raised a maintenance issue in the month of February and they turned up after 2months
After the end of the tenancy we gave them the property with out any damage and wear and tear however they deducted our money almost half of the deposit has been deducted and they are giving us unwanted reasons.Such a bad customer service

As a renter I found the agents rude, unprofessional and aggressive. I think I'm a decent tenant - never missed rent, kept the house clean and tidy, etc. But when I tried to communicate with the agents I found them unpleasant, especially when I moved out and queried the deductions they wanted... As a renter I found the agents rude, unprofessional and aggressive. I think I'm a decent tenant - never missed rent, kept the house clean and tidy, etc. But when I tried to communicate with the agents I found them unpleasant, especially when I moved out and queried the deductions they wanted to take from my deposit (which, of course, I have a legal right to do!). I'd never rent via Martin and Co again.
