I can't thank Clive and his son Tom enough...... from the outset I was treated in a professional and friendly manner. Clive came out and spent quality time going around the property, offering frank, honest and open opinions about how would be best to proceed. When I instructed Austerberry, everything happened so quickly. Clive came out and did an amazing walk around video, highlighting the plus points and being very honest to note the improvements and work needed. Some brilliant insights into the local area etc too - superb, a marketing genius. The team at Austerberry were professional, friendly, and kept me informed an updated at every stage, nothing was too much for this superb team. Sarah, Melanie and others couldn't do enough for me. Everything completed super quickly and the entire package from start to finish was way beyond expectations. They delivered on everything and made this such a smooth sailing and stress free process as I lived out of area and quite a distance away, so everything was handled remotely. I was connected with everybody needed to complete from; having the central heating drained down, all the way through to having an EPC created and getting a solicitor/conveyancer in place to handle the legalities. If you're a seller or buyer in Stoke/Staffs.... there really is no competition. Thank you so VERY much folks! You are all amazing.
