Do not rent with Andrews Worcester Park branch. Absolutely non existent customer service on the rental side. Phone calls and emails not returned. All questions, information requested pretty much ignored. We even went to the physical office and not one person from the rental side was there. To be fair the sales guy who was there tried to help but as not his area, could do no more than pass on yet another message! We were finishing our tenancy and ended up pretty much having to deal directly with the landlord, so waste of money on his part. Would love to give 0 or minus stars but not an option.
