They left me 1 months without hot water in the winter, calling them multiple times all that they said is we will get it sorted, but that never happen untill I report them to council. Bunch of disrespectfull people. Wouldn't recommend to anyone specifically if you are having kids, stay away from this agency

Absolutely do not use!! Daughter was told 5pm on Friday, the day before she was due to collect keys, that the landlord had not signed the contract. Daughter was left homeless, she doesn’t drive and had nowhere to store her belongings she booked into a hotel. Staff member in Banbury said nothing... Read Full Review

If you're a landlord then avoid using Chancellors lettings in Banbury. I've dealt with more than a few lettings agencies in recent years as both a landlord and a tenant and I've never been so unfortunate to come across a team with such a lack of urgency to get things done,... Read Full Review

The personnel is so rude, zero respect towards customers. Major delays in responses via email. They have a habbit of hanging up the phone mid sentence and won't let the customer talk. I have been to so many places like this but i have never been disrespected as much. Don't recommend... Read Full Review

We tried to view a ptoperty last week and was told they were to busy to show us. Worst estate agents, period! Total Cowboys! I had to call their head office just to get it on right move as manager arrogant beyond belief.
