Where do I begin. Absolutely horrendous service. Signed up on good faith as I assumed that they were the leading agent. - Misled us into a sole contract for 20 weeks although only one party signed - Haven’t generated one offer or even discussed negotiating the asking price down on the property - We constantly call for updates an never hear a tbng - Blaze & bias view on how they are performing - haven’t generated us one viewing in 2 and a half weeks. After arguing that we wasn’t happy with the relationship- they offered us to do a joint agency. We haven’t yet taken up another agency as Ben (Sales Manager) assured us that he would do all that he can to drum up interest for a Saturday Viewing (Tomorrow Saturday 4th September). Low & behold they have generated us one coke viewing for 10am. - Rude & sarcastic approach. Ben laughing at me on the phone when I ask what I can do? I am urging for advice and he is giving us nothing or the sort It is clear that Barnard Marcus Ewell have too much stock in Ewell $ offer unrealistic results then after about 2 weeks give up on their listings. They then push the joint agency offer so that they can give up but hook you onto still working with them. Absolutely disgusting & do not recommend (STEER CLEAR!!)

I was unlucky to be purchasing a house through their Ewell branch. Lies from day one, to start they refused to pass my offer onto the seller saying it's too low.
