Please avoid at all costs, once they have got your deposit they may not give it back as my fiance found out. I was shocked and appalled at what a bunch of cowboys they are, especially how they supported the landlord who basically came up with a list of excuses each as ridiculous as the next to keep the deposit money, the fact that this is still legally allowed to continue is just so sad and a terrible indictment of the unethical nature of today's businesses when they are run by people without a conscious or business ethics. I truly cannot express what a bitter after taste has been left by dealing with this company, they were full of smiles in the beginning but they were wolves in sheeps clothing. I just hope my words are heeded by anyone reading this review and who is contemplating renting a property from them, if you are then PLEASE use a reputable lettings agency instead and NOT Philip Martin. I would have given them 0 stars out of 5 but the minimum I could give for 1 star.
