Katie Sullivan is an absolute dream, she has given us updates throughout the transaction and made us feel at ease throughout what is usually a stressful process, not in this case. So easy and straight forward. Even when she went on holiday the branch manager Philip Mount stepped in and updated us in the same professional manor as Katie. A great experience, is there a 6th star?
