Having just sold a late relative's house through Churchill's, with Kate being our agent, I can not recommend them highly enough. She kept us informed every step of the way. She even arranged for the garden to be tidy and popped into the empty property regularly to make sure everything was safe and secure. This really put our minds at ease as we live 250 mile from the house. Knowing we had Kate looking after the property was a huge comfort to us. Nothing ever seemed like it was any trouble and emails were always answered promptly. Superb service.
