A joke of a letting agent. Seemed really nice and helpful when viewing houses but since moving in they've been rude, unhelpful and unprofessional and have caused all the tenants in the house a huge amount of distress. Property was not cleaned or checked for maintenance issues prior to us moving in so on arrival we found broken beds, broken chairs, broken bathroom fans, mould all over walls and the bathrooms, missing keys and cleaners had to be sent in 3 times before the property was fit for moving in. The manager laura viewed the house herself and saw all these issues and then tried to claim we were making it up so that she didn't have to fix anything. It's now 2 months later and she is still in the process of 'sorting the issues' despite one of the tenants still not having a bed. All the company is after is your money, no care for the fact we are having to live in the mess they are refusing to sort. Definitely DO NOT recommend this company at all

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
No procedure set.
