Estate agents never get back to you if your offer is submitted and what the vendor's response was. I have been waiting for two weeks. They wanted to increase the offer, then had my offer accepted even less than the asking price. Then after the offer was accepted, they said that there was a higher offer from the other buyer. If you dont want to be GAZUMPED, make sure you make use of their own mortgage adviser and solicitor as they prefer that, making it a one stop shop. Their adviser was the rudest person I have come across making me pick my own one. Very unprofessional. What a waste of time.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
