I rented a furnished apartment through Michael Poole and it has been a really disappointing experience. The apartment was extremely dirty when I moved in (despite that wasn't reported on the inventory check), a wardrobe door was hanging broken and almost fell on me few times, multiple bulbs (including in the shower) were not working, a chair was broken too. Those problems should have been sorted before my move in, considering they knew about my moving a month before I got the keys. I had to change the bulbs and to fix wardrobe and chair by myself, because being lockdown they couldn't send anyone for a long while, and despite not “emergencies” I needed those things to be fixed, but none refund me for those jobs. When I left the apartment it has been told they would keep part of the deposit to put back in the original place old, dirty and rusty items I have moved in a cupboard because they were just taking storage space...of course everything I fixed/changed and the deep cleaning I had to do when I moved in it hasn't been even consider to refund me. I really would suggest anyone who is thinking to go through this agency to think twice, they are really unprofessional, if they act so poorly on letting I can not imagine the problems you could have during sales.
