Very rude and unhelpful letting agent Jake, no cleaning of the house and unhelpful careless with customers data and rude to my staff when calling for references

Danny I am always sad to see a bad review. My Name is Paul Tate and Tate Residential is my Company. I am sorry you have had a less than happy experience through Tate. It should not a matter to us if the Client is a Pauper or Billionaire, everyone deserves our respect. If you feel that we have not done this for you My Team and I have failed you. My Team have also informed me that you requested that, once we had verified your information, we were not to hold unnecessary data. I have therefore not called you directly which would be my usual practice. I do however think that it is only useful to highlight, when considering your above comments, that what added to the confusion/tension/miscommunication of the experience was that you changed your Date of Birth and Name after starting the referencing process!!! I appreciate that you are only standing Guarantor for your son, however referencing is so important that we have to view all references with equal care. As you can imagine this caused quite some concern on the referencing point of view. I am sorry if this caused a directness which crossed over the line to rude in your eyes. Please remember there were 4 Tenants and 3 other Guarantors who were party to this agreement and not only did they not want to not want to lose the Tenancy but they also wanted to move in as soon as possible. These Guys will have been out of their comfort zones as well. It is very stressful for them as well. With regard to the cleanliness of the property. You are correct the property was not cleaned to a professional standard. I am informed that we had already had the start of the Tenancy pushed back to a date the Landlord had confirmed she will have comfortably completed the improvement works (between tenancy repairs and upgrades) and a professional clean was being booked by her before the commencement of the Tenancy. We took our Client at face value. We were assured the work and cleaning would happen before the Check in. We double checked this would not be a problem in the last week of October (the week before the Tenancy commenced) at the same time as we provided contact details for the professional cleaning company to the Landlord. (The Property is managed by the Landlord). From my notes on reviewing above comments I see I have written we could have followed up after this conversation and before the check in that the clean had been completed. I apologise that we did not. I have read the check in report and it does indeed itemise the house was not clean to a professional standard. The Inventory and Check in Report are a record of condition. These are important documents for the protection of the Tenant and the Tenant will never be compelled to leave the property in a better condition than they received the property. As the property was not clean to a professional standard then Tenants will have the right to return the property not clean to a professional standard as well. The condition is well documented in the check in report. Finally with regard to the claim that Tate had been careless with Customer's data. I can find no information to support the allegation and, in fact, all the evidence is that we have handled, and continue to handle, referencing information with care and sensitivity. Dear Ryan, I am truly sorry to receive this comment. I have checked the names of all Tenants who have checked out over the last 3 months. It would appear that we have had no Tenant checking out...
