Tate Residential have let our 4 bedroom property in Battersea for the past eight years and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords. Tate offers a very personal service which is what I was looking for. We don't live locally and I know I can rely on Paul and his team to always act in our best interests as well as those of our tenants.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
