The worst estate agency I’ve come across, I’m a young mum with a premature baby & my bath has been broken since the 7th of October, I have thick black mould covering the whole of my bathroom wall and I’ve been asking them for weeks to come and sort it out, due to have a premature son, who has been non stop ill since moving in, and nothing gets done, I get ignored and nobody gets back to me, I’m going to make sure everyone is aware of how useless and unprofessional these people are, all I keep hearing is we are waiting for the decorator, how long does it take? If the one your enquiring about doesn’t reply then you ask someone else it’s not rocket science? My son has gotten ill Beacuse of the mould so I’m not going to let this go, I’m going to make sure every single person knows about this shitty company and make sure nobody else ever has the same problem, bunch of Job worths! Also just pairing over mould won’t solve the issue it has to be properly treated by a professional???I would appreciate it if somebody other than Matt burchall would get in contact with me, considering he’s the one who’s been ignoring me and selling me lies..thanks.

They add a house in a website i call straight for view the house the next day and the day of the appointment 2 min before told me was rent . I have pay 10£ for take the bus from far for nothing .
