It is not impartial and it does not matter how many evidences you sent, they still protect the agencies. Waste of time.

Avoid - contacting TPO will be a waste of time. Turning to this so-called "Ombudsman" for complaints against real estate agents is akin to asking the wolf to guard the sheep. If i could write 0 i would. What a waste of time. An impartial service that is funded y the establishments they judge. If you want a way to waste time appeal to them. However, it's best to seek help from citizens advice or your local council. TPO are just as bias as the letting ... Read Full Review

Over these past 3-4 years I have had to use TPOS twice, with complaints against a Property Management Company and later a Lettings Agent. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
