Platinum Estates are a well established and respected property firm which manage all aspects of property sales and lettings. We primarily cover the Derby and Nottingham region, but have also extended to surrounding locations. Throughout the years, we have solely managed hundreds of clients property investments. W

Very untrustworthy company Platinum estates fully managed my properties, through their bad management i ended up in court as they did not put the tenants deposit into the correct account. To make matters worse they then refused to pay the fine directly which was caused by their miss management.

Hi I took over a property rented by Platinum Estates , just after Christmas.The walls were covered in mould , blinds were so dirty they had actually changed colour, the hob , toilet and bathroom sink were broken.
