We primarily cover the Derby and Nottingham region, but have also extended to surrounding locations. Throughout the years, we have solely managed hundreds of clients property investments. W

Hi I took over a property rented by Platinum Estates , just after Christmas.The walls were covered in mould , blinds were so dirty they had actually changed colour, the hob , toilet and bathroom sink were broken. The last occupants furniture was still in the property , in spite of the company assuring me they would remove it. To date still no resolution . Ms Nindi the manager constantly lied to me and would not refund any of my damage deposit. Please do not rent from them .... they are dishonest , rude and totally unethical Alison Simonsmeier

Very untrustworthy company Platinum estates fully managed my properties, through their bad management i ended up in court as they did not put the tenants deposit into the correct account. To make matters worse they then refused to pay the fine directly which was caused by their miss ... Read Full Review
