I got in contact with shipways select as I was interested in viewing a property which they had listed for sale. I spoke to one of the agents and we had agreed on a specific time to meet at the property. When I arrived bang on time there was no agent at the property to meet me. I called many times within the working hours of the agency but noone picked up the phone. This was very frustrating as it took me over an hour to travel to the location an I didnt even get to view the property. There was a complete lack of professionalism and decency. In summery, a very bad experience which I would not which on another hopeful buyer.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
