They are a horrendously awful company. I started out having a leak in my bedroom ceiling 2 weeks ago and they turned around and said they can only come and fix it 26th of January ( nearly 2 months later ) because they thought by just leaving a bucket on the floor would be fine even though I still couldn't sleep at night because I kept hearing drips on the floor. Well how wrong were they! 5 days later after they turned up the whole ceiling fell, luckily no one got hurt Otherwise I would of sued them! After them finding out the whole ceiling fell, fair enough to them they came straight away to fix the leak but they now left a huge hole in the ceiling with half of the insulation dangling down and they still won't come and fix it sooner! So now the room is uninhabitable because the hanging insulation is a major health and safety concern and also the room is now freezing because of the lack of insulation in the middle of winter

My name is J woodhouse of 7 Treebys close , Burton, Dorset Christchurch, BH237HP........I urge people to believe me in what I have to say about Treebys close, most of the close have serious damp issues, Places for ? pigs, have zero regard for the older people who are living here in health damaging conditions, if you phone places for ? pigs, you eventually if your lucky get a moron, who tells you the cowboy workers they employ are very busy and usually tell you that they may call months into the future, but if your a mug you might believe the bull shit they feed you, because believe me if the cowboy Mat and his cohorts do turn up, they will usually never ever do any skilled work for you, as they are totally useless and have no skills what so ever in dealing with a damp course, and zero interest in anybody's plight, from the top down you are at risk of ill health, and terrible living conditions, DO NOT TAKE A HOME VIA PLACES FOR PIGS , unless you want utter misery and lies from a company that made millions in profit last year, they are completely without any regard for the poor sods that live in TREEBYS CLOSE BURTON, CHRISTCHURCH DORSET, BH237HP, I'm living in conditions of pure misery, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
