The worst company ever. Treat residents with no respect. Double invoices Extra charges for not related works Pure customer services Car parking charges!!!!!! AVOID

Awful landlords. They are completely un-organised, un-apologetic and take months to get back to you when you report a repair. None of the repair people that came to our home during lockdown followed the rules (gloves, masks, hand gel etc), despite us complaining to Derwent Living/Places for People ... Read Full Review

Terrible and deeply unethical company. They treat their tenants awfully and harass you if you make a genuine complaint. Poor repairs, illegal entry to flats, tried interfering with my water supply so my hot/cold water cuts off. Poor housing standards using the cheapest materials possible ... Read Full Review
