Unfortunately Peter Lane & Partners Letting is far from the customer service level that one would expect. After calling the contact number 5 times, emailed 3 times and managed to leave a message with the Sales team twice asking to call or email me to discuss a let property we wanted to take they failed to respond back. I called every day twice for 5 days and on the last day was told sorry they got informed from the landlord that morning that they had sourced there own tenants. So to round up, not only are the let team failing to generate revenue for their landlords by not following up on leads they are letting customers and the company down. This is a company to avoid if you are a landlord or tenant as contacting them to resolve or discuss anything will be a problem.
