We completed the sale of our property in Plymouth today. The sale was especially complicated by a tenant who hadn’t paid rent for over a year and also the presence of Japanese knotweed in the garden. I can’t thank Shawnie and Charlotte at Miller Countrywide enough for the excellent proactive service they provided throughout the whole process.
