We are a cash buyer business and arranged to view two properties with Miller Countrywide in Plymouth with a week notice and made it very clear to the agent that we would be travelling from London to do that. Imagine our surprise to learn on Monday morning hour and half before our scheduled viewings that they will not go ahead because agent did not manage to get hold off the tenants to secure the access. This has been a highly unprofessional business exchange that costed us our time, travel and hotel cost. Didn’t it occur to Miller Countrywide staff dealing with this that courtesy would have been to notify us on Saturday that the viewings are not likely to happen on Monday ? This is has been very poor and unprofessionally handled. Do not touch this estate agent they do not know what they are doing !
