ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING ESTATE AGENTS MADE ME SIGN EVERYTHING OVER GAVE NOTICE TO MOVE OUT AND WHEN IT COMES TO HANDING KEYS OVER THEY HAVENT GOT THEM JUST TOOK 1K OFF ME AND NOT ANSWERED NO CALLS TEXTS OR EMAILS THEY MADE ME SIGN LOADS OF FORMS GAVE DEPOSIT AND BOND AND ABOLUSTELY GHOSTED ME.CANT GET THROUGH WONT TALK TO ME WOMAN CALLED AMY MEANT TO BE SORTING THINGS OUT SHE NOT DONE A THING OUT OF OFFICE ALL TIME AND NOT EVEN REPLIED ONE MESSAGE FOR 4 DAYS I PAID FOR MAN WITH A VAN AS I WAS PROMISED THE KEYS BUT THEY STILL HADNT GOT THEM!!!!! DISGUSTING ESTATE AGENTS ALSO WOMAN SWORE AT ME OVER THE PHONE DO THEY NOT REALISE I HAVE HANDED MY NOTICE IN AND HAVE NOWHERE TO LIVE ABSOLUTE SHOCKING

Very poor experience with the Huddersfield branch. I am having to do a ridiculous amount of the work they are supposed to do, I might as well have gone with purple bricks as the standard is so low that I am having to do everything myself, including the viewings as the estage agents do not show up.... Staff were always professional, friendly and effective at their work. Appauling, they sell you the rented houses and then when you need repairs they cannot complete them, you have to nag, you have to threaten, poor landlords who pay them to sort out these problems we would do better just asking him ourselves cut them out completely and save him... Read Full Review
