I have one hole in the ceiling of my bedroom and they don’t want to fix it. Three months have passed after a water leak in the ceiling, they came, did the hole and left like this. Last week they came again and SCREWED A WOODEN PIECE to cover the hole. I called them, sent email and told them that I don’t want to pay the rent until they will fix it, they threatened me that will put me as payment arrears and bad reference. So what can I do? When they want money, they send hundreds email, but when there’s to do something they disappear. Ridiculous agency, If you can’t do your job, better change work.

The lettings team at Gibson Lane charge high fees but do not provide anywhere close to an equivalent level of service. Appalling customer service, and I would highly advise to avoid this company at all costs. There are many better and cheaper agency's out... Read Full Review
