I have one hole in the ceiling of my bedroom and they don’t want to fix it.
Three months have passed after a water leak in the ceiling, they came, did the hole and left like this.
Last week they came again and SCREWED A WOODEN PIECE to cover the hole.
I called them, sent email and told them that I don’t want to pay the rent until they will fix it, they threatened me that will put me as payment arrears and bad reference.
So what can I do?
When they want money, they send hundreds email, but when there’s to do something they disappear.
Ridiculous agency, If you can’t do your job, better change work.

Excellent experience with Gibson Lane. We've moved with them twice now and they've been great both times.
When they first came to view our house, we were impressed by their local knowledge and energy. They gave us a sense of confidence that they understood our house and what potential buyers wanted.
They sold the house in about a week. After that, the communications were excellent and they kept the process moving along well, despite some obstacles.
I'd go back to Gibson Lane again. Overall, highly recommended - very pleasant, trustworthy and professional.

Appalling customer service, and I would highly advise to avoid this company at all costs. There are many better and cheaper agency's out there.

We've just used Gibson Lane for the first time for both selling and buying our house. And we've been really-really impressed!
What makes them stand out from the other estate agents is how flexible they can be, from scheduling a photographer visit to organising the viewings. Also the whole team is very professional: they know the local area, market trends and latest selling prices. Oliver, Matthew and Daisy met us at the start, and they have been very approachable until the very completion (and Oliver gave us the key for our new house) so people won't disappear along the way and they always respond within 24 hours. Generally just a nice and reliable people to work with.
We highly recommend Gibson Lane in Ham/Kingston area.

We've used Gibson Lane for both selling our house and buying a new house in the same neighbourhood. After being let down by a few other agencies, we were positively surprised by Gibson Lane's in-depth knowledge about the local market, and their patience and willingness to incorporate our requirements. Tim Jones was our main contact throughout the process. My husband and I both found him fair, friendly, and extremely professional to work with. Throughout the process, we did not experience a single hint of pushiness, aggressiveness, and empty promises that we and many of our friends have experienced with other estate agencies. Instead, the process was well-managed, tailor to best suit our needs. The conversations were more like getting good and honest advice from a friend. We especially enjoyed the fact that we were presented with multiple options at each stage, and it made us feel that it was OUR decisions during the process and we had a good control of what we really want. We highly recommend Gibson Lane to our friends, and will definitely consider using them again in the future.

We have bought a house with Gibson Lane and have two properties where they have been acting as the letting agency since 2008. In our experience, we have found that to be extremely professional, responsive, courteous and have a good understanding of our needs. When we did once have have cause to complain, the matter was dealt with swiftly and to our satisfaction. We are considering purchasing another property to rent out in the area and would have no qualms using GL to purchase or let the property through.

I have used many estate agents in Kingston as I have several properties I rent and I have found Gibson Lane to provide a fantastic service. They have always provided an excellent and friendly service with quick responses to any issues I have had and have rented my properties extremely quickly. They have also managed my properties and have found them to keep them in a high standard. Highly recommended.
