My experience with KF has been awful. After making an offer and putting in a deposit, the agent was impossible to reach and ignored multiple requests for assistance and information. They only contacted me for move-in last minute, necessitating a lot of last minute arrangements on my part. I moved in on 8 September. Half the lights were burned out, all of the drains were plugged, and the carpet has been ruined by an ink pen "exploding" on the previous tenant. All of this required multiple visits from the property manager to fix. The TV was non-functional and I had to purchase my own after the property manager refused to accept responsibility. The towel heater still doesn't work despite multiple calls for service. KF contacted me on 9/17 for a satisfaction survey and I told them all this. They told me they'd be in touch, but I have heard nothing (today is 9/29).
