Shocking just absolutely shocking. You will spend your days stressing if you will be homeless tomorrow. Will not get anything done and are just useless. Your holding deposit may count for nothing. Absolutely do not recommend. They did not do the sufficient checks to ensure my application had been fully accepted. I would not recommend this agent. In my experience all staff have been incompetent, we took on a dirty property (which allegedly had been professionally cleaned), put up with a catalogue of disrepair issues during our tenancy and handed the property back far cleaner than we received it! What agent could do to change your mind?
Lower your fees! I feel that I have got nothing from you for what I paid, nothing at all. As far as I\'m concerned I feel like I\'ve paid for being \'found\', shouldn\'t it be the landlord paying for this??

Nothing short of extortionate. I have rented through Groves on two occasions now, once as a student and once as a professional and find them completely non-value for money. Most recently, upon finding a house advertised by them both myself and my housemate each paid an agency fee of £415 - What do we get for this fee? A reference. That is the only service Groves supply us with. Our landlord resides in London but full management of the property is through her. Groves do not even hold keys. Any maintenance issues, lock-outs, rent queries need to be done through the landlord, Groves flat out refuses to entertain any kind of service in these areas. I was having trouble getting in touch with my landlord to discuss leaving the property so I got in touch with Groves understanding the arrangement but not sure who else to call. I was bluntly told it was nothing to do with them, they only find the tenants and supply a reference. What did I pay them for??

nothing can be done now, i have given them so many chances! these jokers could not organise a p*ss up in a brewery! Farcical!
