Overall a very poor rental experience, they take advantage of students at every opportunity and are very reluctant to fix stuff, we were waiting 3 months for a working fridge in a house of 9 people, the staff are rude, unresponsive and uninterested in sorting things out. To top it all off, they tried charging and exorbitant fee to stay another day due to self isolation, with no consideration to our circumstances. Do NOT recommend. An average house for the price they charge, dirty kitchen and old equipment. Half the furniture broke through normal use which we were expected to replace despite the dreadful condition we received it.

Flatline are truly the worst estate agent I have ever come across. only one person i ever encounter at flatline was nice! A lady called Fleur was just horrible! For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
