Flatline are truly the worst estate agent I have ever come across. only one person i ever encounter at flatline was nice! A lady called Fleur was just horrible! Overall a very poor rental experience, they take advantage of students at every opportunity and are very reluctant to fix stuff, we were waiting 3 months for a working fridge in a house of 9 people, the staff are rude, unresponsive and uninterested in sorting things out. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
