Stony Office - we went to appointment to view a property by arrangement but noone met me, so i phoned the office whilst sitting outside with my disabled daughter who is feeling a bit anxious..they had let it out already...apologised for not cancelling appointment but that wasnt their biggest error. they put my viewing back due to the house being painted and said i couldnt view the property so they booked me in for the tuesday later but allowed a viewing in between on the weekend before me and gave house to them.we had booked two weeks before and i could have viewed anytime. communication between staff is obviously really crap..so lied about availability telling me i had to wait until decorating was done. were not booking hair appointments were booking our homes, absolutely not on. this should be looked into so it doesnt happen at all...
