One of the worst Letting Agency in London. At the beginning, the interaction with this agency was good and promising. We visited the property in East London but the tenants were still at the property so we couldn't walk everywhere and see the small details about the flat. When asked about: how big is the property, what are the providers, how long is the contract for the only answer we got is "I'm not sure". We still decided to rent out the place with a promise of it being cleaned after the tenants were moved out. I had no idea that with this agency "cleaned out" means that the property will be in very bad shape with mould in 3 different rooms, ants in the kitchen and a very horrible scent coming from the fridge. I contacted the agency and they provided me with the Landlord number, after she arrived she had no idea of the damages and problems within the property. Agency lied to us and the landlord about taking care of the flat. They lied about getting a professional cleaner before our moving in date. When the agent called me after talking to the landlord he was surprised that we wanted the property to be painted as well and have the walls fixed, because I only requested "cleaning". I will never use their services and don't recommend anyone. STAY OUT FROM THIS AGENCY - DONT TAKE ANY CHANCES WITH GABRIEL THE AGENT
