Horrible agency, worst experience please avoid this place! We put down an offer and as soon and was asked "where we were from" all of a sudden the house was no longer available because "someone else put in an offer as soon as I hung up" (lies!). The house was then put back on the market at a CHEAPER rate. I had my brother put in a fake enquiry to which Gabriel (the scamming agent) said it was available and we could view it. I then called and asked what the hell was going on and Gabriel came up with more lies about the tenant extending their stay. A few days later the house was back on the market again at a more EXPENSIVE rate. We understand how sales work and not unreasonable people but the way we were treated was disgusting. This is people's livelihoods especially a family! I have reported them to Property Ombudsman for unprofessionalism and discrimination and they will be investigating this further. Please avoid Kings they are scammers!

One of the worst Letting Agency in London. At the beginning, the interaction with this agency was good and promising.
