Tim Duggan represented us recently for the sale of our house in UK and we can highly recommend his expertize and thorough service that he gave us. Because we now live iin Australia we had visions of it being a difficult situation to deal with but it proved to be nothing of the sort. Tim was able to guide us through the process and despite the vast geographical distance, the sale went surprisingly smoothly. Tim had been recommended by two of my family members in UK who were also very happy with his services.

I feel that this agent operates by non transparency- hidden away in small print are things like a checking out fee.
