I left the property on the 26 of november 2012 and after chase them almost every day they return my deposit on the end of jan 2013. Always excuses saying that they could not reach the landlord. When i received the deposit they deduct a lot of money from there £200 for additional cleaning & stain removal £40 to replace light bulb to include labour. Like we took all the bulbs or they use the most expensive ones. £150 for missing items as they need to be valued in “used†condition (including iron board (was at the flat, never used i got my henrry) cushions, kitchen utensils( i have my own staff) kettle (not kettle there) telephone ( phone never works, never used) etc Im so disappointed because this people is very unserious, i also worked with agencies and landlorda and i never have had to wait that long for my money, like if was not mine.
First at all, returning the deposit at time, they should have only 20 days, by the way I paid more days that I should and i have not received that money until today (approx another £280) And second if I know I have to pay for things, I do not mind but when you know they are charging you for things that they should not. It is terrible. I wish the people do not go to this agency because they will have problems.

First at all, returning the deposit at time, they should have only 20 days, by the way I paid more days that I should and i have not received that money until today (approx another £280) And second if I know I have to pay for things, I do not mind but when you know they are charging you for things that they should not. It is terrible. I wish the people do not go to this agency because they will have problems.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
