I left the property on the 26 of november 2012 and after chase them almost every day they return my deposit on the end of jan 2013. Always excuses saying that they could not reach the landlord. What agent could do to change your mind?
First at all, returning the deposit at time, they should have only 20 days, by the way I paid more days that I should and i have not received that money until today (approx another £280) And second if I know I have to pay for things, I do not mind but when you know they are charging you for things that they should not. It is terrible. I wish the people do not go to this agency because they will have problems.
