On the letting side they are the worst company to deal with since they do not have any concerns about the tenants and the relative problems accordingly. They have got those special contracts with landlords where they manage only the paperwork which in my instance they screwed up by giving the wrong amounts where included, furthermore the terms and conditions when you make a reference to them there was no reference that you need to refer to the landlord. Secondly they tell you to interact with the landlord for any issues and then they mingled again and now you need to speak to them. The only evident reason they only pleasing the landlord which is unfair and they cannot really take any actions themselves but further down delaying the process. At end of your tenancy they try their best to hold as much as they can from the deposit and falsely accuse you for damages or removal of furniture which you never even touched. Whereas the letting agency was just there watching to unfairness and false claims of the landlord. Totally not recommended if you have no options just make sure you report every little issues so you will not be the person to pay for it at the end of the tenancy. Take a lot of pictures and evidences. Report anything that does not work as well
