Highly unprofessional. Rude staff, and they don't deal with problems quickly. Miss viewings that I've cancelled and work and meetings around and blame others for the problem - rather than admitting that they miscommunicated and just didn't turn up. On the letting side they are the worst company to deal with since they do not have any concerns about the tenants and the relative problems accordingly. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
