Experience of renting with Town Rentals managing the property. Awful. They never listen to anything you say, do whatever they want, pester constantly and the communication is so bad. I would NEVER give them another penny. I purposely didn't go for properties just because it was under them after everything I went though. They think it's okay to charge for faults in the property that were there before and allow people to enter your home without prior notice. They broke so many laws and just denied it or blamed onto the landlord (he was also the worst landlord I have ever had the misfortune to encounter) It was like hitting my head against the brick wall the whole time. I moved out as soon as possible. AVOID.

The staff are friendly but that's it. Process is awful. They didn't even give me a chance to fix any problems to avoid deductions to my deposit.
