The staff are friendly but that's it. Process is awful. They didn't even give me a chance to fix any problems to avoid deductions to my deposit. Experience of renting with Town Rentals managing the property. Awful. They never listen to anything you say, do whatever they want, pester constantly and the communication is so bad.
