We couldn't be more grateful to Kate at the South Woodford branch for her assistance in helping us buy our dream home. At a time where everyone else, from solicitors to mortgage providers, were too busy to keep us informed, we really felt like Kate was a constant guide for us. She chased everyone constantly on our behalf and made sure we knew exactly what we needed to do at every step. If we ever sell, we know exactly who we'll be using!

What agent could do to change your mind?
After all it is very hard for me to change my mind and recommend them as I do not want other people to go through what I did because of the stuff of Churchill Estates Wanstead. I was the buyer, not the seller. I am sure their behavior to the seller is very different as they get money from them. They are extremely unkind people who do not hesitate to threaten and bully. I am going to make formal complaints about them also to the regulating bodies as this should not be the way they do business. It is completely unacceptable.

I found all the staff at Churchill Estates very helpful, polite and friendly. I viewed a couple of properties with them and they alway turned up on time and were helpful to us as potential buyers.
