We are very grateful to Alex at the Walthamstow branch for successfully guiding us through the entire buying process. From when we viewed our dream home, allowing us to take the time to have a proper look around the property without being rushed out after 10 minutes, to answering all our questions and offering his expertise throughout the challenging process. What agent could do to change your mind?
After all it is very hard for me to change my mind and recommend them as I do not want other people to go through what I did because of the stuff of Churchill Estates Wanstead. I was the buyer, not the seller. I am sure their behavior to the seller is very different as they get money from them. They are extremely unkind people who do not hesitate to threaten and bully. I am going to make formal complaints about them also to the regulating bodies as this should not be the way they do business. It is completely unacceptable.

I found all the staff at Churchill Estates very helpful, polite and friendly. I viewed a couple of properties with them and they alway turned up on time and were helpful to us as potential buyers.
